Vacheron Constantin Overseas collection on display at Pisa Orologeria
In order to describe at best these new models, which translate the “journey spirit” in the world of watchmaking, Vacheron Constantin got involved Steve McCurry in the Overseas Tour: a project in which the famous photographer’s lens evokes the 12 hours of the dial through twelve venues, rare and unknown sites, some of them almost closed off, that McCurry captured in their essence. These pictures reflect the spirit and the values that Vacheron Constantin has been cultivating since more than 260 years: meticulous discipline, patience, creativity, movement, transmission and opening to the world.
At the heart of the exposition, there is the variety of the Overseas collection: from the automatic model to the chronograph, from the hours of the world to the petit modèle for ladies, as well as the ultra-flat watches.
The collection will be described through a unique experience, an invitation to explore the magic venues of the Overseas Tour: a Virtual Reality kit will make possible a visit to the venues of the Tour, a journey into the Brand’s DNA and values which allow Vacheron Constantin to be witness and interpreter of Time since more than 260 years.
Discover the new models of the Overseas Collection and the pictures by Steve McCurry from October, Monday 17th to Friday 28th 10 am – 7 pm, Osservatorio Space, Pisa Orologeria Flagship Store, via Verri 7, Milan.
