THE PROJECT

Jericho design by Hamid Bekhradi e Pietro Nume:

Time intended as: mutation, movement and reality endless flow, always the same but ever changing. Time intended as unpredictable coming rather than frantic sequence of seconds, minutes and hours. “Jericho” is a different way to perceive the passage of time not by measuring it but by observing and perceiving the “Infinite Change”,  just as the mysterious Rose of Jericho. The sphere is composed of 12 separate fractions that start a sequence of movements from the beginning of the day (00:00) following a disordered geometry that evolves until noon  when it reaches its summit, from 12:00 on the geometry goes back to its initial stage of “order”. This cycle, repeating  infinitely symbolizes the passage of time and the rhythm of events in our life.
